I've been eating a LOT of sweets lately: homemade ice cream sandwiches, snickers minis, and apple juice by the gallon. Also anything cheesey is DELICIOUS. Tonight I'm making pirogis for dinner - because whats better than an eggy dumpling filled with potato, cheese, and bacon? Not much. Even though I still crave a lot of things on the "no-no" list, like a nice glass of red wine or some sushi, I feel like my efforts have all been worth it after reading this list a friend sent me...
