Summer time = "Asado" season

While most of my friends and family or cold up in the north part of the planet, we're in the middle of summer down here which means it's Chilean BBQ, or "asado" season!  Though technically "opening day" was back in September, Joan has really geeked out recently, has been experimenting with new techniques, and branching out into new meats...

The backyard set up. Note mommy with a glass of wine and Camilo resting in the shade!
The new modified grill height. Joan waned the fancy champagne bottle in the pic for scale (or pretentiousness?).
Preparing "las brasas" in the fire pit.
Stoking the flames under the meat.
Choripan, pork ribs, and some other delicious sausages. It looks like a sad face, right? But all the meat makes me happy!
It's been a summer of abundance for Eomer, who has an untold number of bones buried in the yard.
