So I've been benched. I'm pregnant dead weight. I've been put on bedrest until further notice due to an excess of Braxton Hicks (false labor) contractions. BooHoo! I am a CHAMP at laziness when I have something to do, but if I'm told to take it easy, suddenly I'm filled with unbearable desire to vacuum, do dishes, take Eomer on long walks, etc. Thankfully Joan has really been picking up the slack! Look at his winter garden!
Ruth (Joan's mom) came out to our house a few weeks ago to help out with some yard work and they planted a whole mess of seeds: 5 kinds of lettuce, spinach, arugula and radishes! YUM! Also you can see from the pictures how we edge or garden beds - empty wine bottles. I wish I could say it took us a long time to accumulate enough of these, but alas no. Chileans love their wine!
